Pain

What is labeled as mental illness is simply the processing of mental pain.  By stopping or halting the process, the pain is held within the mind to grow.  Since all pain begins at the level of the mind, it is here where all things must be resolved.  Pain is held at a mental, emotional and physical level; or released therein.  Pain is not a “bad” thing, what I call righteous pain.  It feels good.  It is balanced and a tool for learning.  Suffering in pain occurs when the pain is not self created.  And what is pain?  Simply put – pain is the result of belief in distortions of truth.    To resolve mental pain, look to the body.  To resolve physical pain, look to the mind.  To resolve emotional pain, look to the heart.  ~Deanna

The Stunting of Humanity: A Living Prayer

It finally just dawned on me that the stunting of humanity is about the underdevelopment of the individual through any given society. Those societies and customs that celebrate and hone the individual are the advanced societies. But honing the individual is first about the parent and community getting to know the individuality of the child and not the other way around. This takes patience and self discipline of the parents and elders to the child or we end up projecting and communicating our own desires and wishes upon the child that we would have wanted for ourselves. The latter being objectification. This is bondage and creates resentment, depression and takes from the will of the child. Eventually, -the child learns to objectify itself. This is done systematically through families, societies, nations and throughout what we, humanity, have deemed “civilized”. In trying to propagate and cultivate beauty, wisdom and true life in our children, we have done the complete and total opposite. We have robbed and pillaged the very beauty and reason of living and life. Our afterlife. Our children. Our future and our futures. Here and now, as well as in the generations to come. And children, lay not the responsibility of your lives upon the shoulders of your parents. Do as you can and what you will for yourself and by yourself as you learn and grow. Be an active participant in your rearing and development. Parents, teach your children that there is a divine presence and order within them, and teach them to seek out their own master; their inner guidance system and systems. This is about the teachings and learnings from the whole of who they are and we are, each and every one. Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit. All are holy. All are divine. And All are eternally loved as All is, ever was and ever shall me. And to this end, I pray, Amen.

The Art of Living

Passion + Romance = The Art of Living©  Translation:  True passion and true romance create a life of joy.  What is true?  The truth:  Love.  Not hunger, but real love.  True love.  It begins with the individual;  the individual being honest with him/herself, first.

Seek the truth in all ways, always, as the questions abide.  Hunger is the result of truth lacking.  To get to the truth within, one must be willing to seek the painful questions, within; the answers to those questions that one has carried their life through – those things that cause anger/frustrations, sadness, pain.  Those things that cause separation from one’s self.  One’s truth.  One’s love.  One’s light within.

As always,

For Protection in the Seas of Chaos

For protection in the seas of chaos, one must first find the river of life and the air of breath.  The tools of the trade for living.  To put it succinctly:  The Truth.  We live in a water world, divided.  You will find it everywhere you seek.  The water, the air.  You cannot not.  The truth will and can never abandon you.  Seek it out.  Clear the mind.  Clean the body.  Reap the soul.  And through this process will a new world be created.  Your own.  Will a new body be created.  Your own.  What is meant for you.  Will a new mind be restored.  Your own.  Will a new soul rejoice in the freedom and abundance of life.  Your own.  Founded in your truth.  Your way.  Your life that only you can life because it was intended for you and you alone.  It cannot be shared.  It must be lived out by that which it is intended.  Others will come and go.  Others will play their part.  Some will stay for a lifetime and others for a moment.  All are invaluable.  Take in each and every moment for the nourishment and provisions it is meant to be.  Then let go and move on to the next moment.  Make time to seek the truth; for prayer, communion and worship of Truth.  Prayer being the dialogue given by you.  Be honest.  Be unafraid.  Pour out so that your vessel might be filled with the truth, through worship.  Worship being the ability to receive.  Communion being a giving and a taking.  A clearing through the exchange of honesty for truth.  Godhood comes by way of honesty.  Sainthood through Truth.

Doom and Dread

Doom and dread got in my head

And roundabout they spent,

Destroying all the simple things

Of beauty as they went.

And oh how they did clamor,

And oh how they did climb,

To sit atop the perch of man,

The many who decline

To say what needeth saying,

To do what needeth done;

To bring about the truth of him,

The each of every one.

The woman and the children,

The master and the slave,

The boy, and yes, the man-child,

Each one I call by name.

To say what needeth saying,

To do what needeth done –

Each and every man-child,

Each and every one.

But look to not the sexes,

And look to not the sin,

But look,

Look-look,

And look some more-

Look-look,

Look-look

.

.

.

.

Within.
